Aristocat Cafe

What we Did

For my Social Media Marketing class, my team and I developed a comprehensive social media strategy for Aristocat Cafe, a local cat café in Harrisonburg, VA. We began by conducting a full social media audit of Aristocat’s existing platforms, followed by a competitor analysis of three similar businesses. Using these insights, we completed a detailed SWOT analysis and established clear social media goals and objectives.
 

From there, we created three target personas and developed three unique social media campaigns tailored to each persona. We also recommended expanding to a new platform—YouTube—to increase brand reach and storytelling opportunities. All strategies were brought together in a complete content calendar, along with a defined budget and projected social media ROI to demonstrate expected returns.
 

I was personally responsible for developing the goals and objectives, creating the first target persona, leading the “Purrfect First Visit” campaign, establishing the brand voice and style guide, and building the monitoring, tracking, measuring, and evaluation framework.
