Arccos Golf Internship
From June to October of 2025 I had the privilage to work for Arccos Golf as a CRM and Marketing Intern. I learned from and met so many different people and gained knowledge and skills in places I hadn't had before such as braze, figma, and gained proficiency in excel.
Arccos Mid-Year Recap
Halfway through my internship at Arccos Golf, I highly contributed to the creation of the Mid-Year Recap campaign, which was sent to a six-figure member base and designed to showcase each user’s personalized performance data, similar to an “Arccos Wrapped.” The recap highlighted players’ strongest and weakest areas of their game, along with improvement opportunities supported by actionable tips and insights. I designed the overall format, built the campaign in Braze, and created the custom attributes required to power the dynamic, personalized experience.

Lifecycle Messaging
​Throughout my internship at Arccos Golf, I supported and optimized lifecycle messaging across key stages of the customer journey, including onboarding, trial engagement, product pairing, renewals, and retention. I helped build and manage automated flows in Braze, leveraging segmentation, custom attributes, and behavioral triggers to deliver timely, relevant messaging to users based on their status and actions. This work allowed me to gain hands-on experience with CRM strategy, user journey mapping, and performance-driven email automation focused on improving engagement, activation, and long-term customer value.
Other Accomplishments and Responsibilities
Beyond major campaign builds, I supported a wide range of day-to-day CRM and marketing initiatives at Arccos Golf. My responsibilities included building and QA-testing emails, supporting campaign launches, managing segmentation, and troubleshooting dynamic content within Braze to ensure accurate personalization and smooth delivery. I also assisted with ongoing lifecycle optimizations and helped maintain consistency and quality across all outbound communications in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
I also played a key role in reporting and performance tracking using Microsoft Excel to monitor campaign engagement, conversion rates, and sales performance. I built structured reporting trackers to analyze open rates, clicks, sessions, and revenue across multiple campaigns, helping the team better understand what messaging and strategies were driving results. This experience strengthened my ability to analyze marketing data, identify trends, and translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
In addition, I contributed to user research efforts by helping build and deploy customer surveys to capture feedback across different segments of the user base. These surveys were used to better understand user satisfaction, product experience, and behavioral trends. I assisted with organizing and analyzing survey results to help inform future product messaging, feature improvements, and lifecycle strategy, giving me hands-on experience with voice-of-customer research and feedback-driven marketing decisions.
